Softball Game Preview: Norton Panthers vs. Field Falcons

Norton is 0-7 against Field since May of 2022 but things could change on Tuesday. The Panthers will welcome the Falcons at 5:00 p.m.

On Monday, Norton didn't have quite enough to beat Ravenna and fell 5-4.

Chloe Womble was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Dakota Graham, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Meanwhile, Field owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Monday. They blew past Woodridge 8-0. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Norton now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Field, their victory bumped their record up to 8-3.
