Volleyball Game Preview: Strawn Greyhounds vs. Ranger Bulldogs

Strawn is a perfect 10-0 against Ranger since September of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Greyhounds will be playing at home against the Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Ranger took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Strawn, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Strawn got the win against Bluff Dale by a conclusive 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Greyhounds in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Ranger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Lingleville, falling 3-0.

Strawn's victory bumped their record up to 24-7-1. As for Ranger, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything went Strawn's way against Ranger when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Strawn made off with a 3-0 win. Will the Greyhounds repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
