Bishop Union had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. While the 3-3 score might suggest a draw, it was the Broncos who were credited with the victory on Saturday. The Bishop Union Broncos got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Tehachapi Warriors's three. This was payback for Bishop Union, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Armando Santana and Alexis Guerrero scored all three of Bishop Union's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 29 goals.

Bishop Union's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Tehachapi, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10-4.

Coming up, Bishop Union will head out on the road to challenge Nipomo at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Nipomo will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Bishop Union surely won't give up without a fight. Tehachapi does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
