Baseball Recap: East Beauregard Comes Up Short

East Beauregard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 21-0 to the Leesville Wampus Cats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wampus Cats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 19-1 on Friday.

East Beauregard's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Leesville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-13-1.

Looking ahead, East Beauregard will head out to take on Plainview at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Trojans are facing the Hornets at the right time seeing as the Hornets are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Leesville, they will host Many at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
