Volleyball Recap: Pisgah Comes Up Short

Pisgah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the T.C. Roberson Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on March 13th.

While Pisgah was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into T.C. Roberson's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-17, 25-18.

Pisgah's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for T.C. Roberson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Pisgah will head out on the road to face off against West Henderson at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for T.C. Roberson, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 win against North Henderson on the 1st.
