Soccer Recap: Georgetown Day Takes a Tough Playoff Loss + How To Watch

Georgetown Day and Sidwell Friends squared off in some playoff action on Sunday, but Georgetown Day had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Quakers by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Sidwell Friends this season, with their most recent defeat being a 1-1 loss two weeks ago.

Theo Foer and Shanez Benyoucef scored both of Georgetown Day's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Georgetown Day's loss dropped their record down to 14-4-1. As for Sidwell Friends, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-4-1.

As of now, neither Georgetown Day nor the Quakers have any future games scheduled.
