Football Recap: North Bend Comes Up Short

North Bend was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 19-12 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pleasant Hill Billies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Billies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-13 last Thursday.

North Bend's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pleasant Hill, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, North Bend will head out on the road to face off against Marist at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pleasant Hill, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 39-29 win against South Eugene on the 10th.
