Softball Recap: Windham RVT Mighty Tigers vs. Parish Hill Pirates
Windham RVT gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Saturday. They never let the Parish Hill Pirates get on the board and left with a 17-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Mighty Tigers in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won three in a row.
The team relied heavily on Genna Sargent, who went 1-for-2 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Lily Howlett-Reynolds, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
