Basketball Game Preview: Lutheran North Crusaders vs. Whitfield Warriors

Lutheran North is 0-10 against Whitfield since January of 2015 but things could change on Saturday. The Lutheran North Crusaders will look to defend their home court against the Whitfield Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Lutheran North saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 55-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of Dixon. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Whitfield might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Westminster Christian an easy 81-56 victory. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 291st, while the Wildcats are ranked 44th).

Whitfield now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lutheran North, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
