Recap: Lewis-Palmer Rangers vs. Grand Junction Tigers

With a playoff game on the line, the Lewis-Palmer Rangers rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 70-57 win over the Tigers. Winning may never get old, but Lewis-Palmer sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lewis-Palmer to victory, but perhaps none more so than Noah Johnson, who scored 24 points. Another player making a difference was Cohen Edmondson, who scored 20 points along with six rebounds.

Lewis-Palmer has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season. As for Grand Junction, their loss dropped their record down to 16-9.

Lewis-Palmer is on the road again on Friday and plays Windsor at 1:15 p.m. on March 1st. Windsor will roll in looking for their 17th straight win, something Lewis-Palmer surely won't give up without a fight. Grand Junction does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
