Volleyball Recap: Riverdale Comes Up Short

Riverdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Banks Braves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Braves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Riverdale's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Banks, the victory (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 15-5.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Riverdale is set to challenge their familiar foe Warrenton at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Banks will face off against rival Rainier at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
