It was a Battle of the Birds when La Sierra faced off against Rubidoux on Monday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 15-4 margin over the Falcons. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

La Sierra got a massive performance out of Rose Johnson, who got three hits. That's the most hits Johnson has posted since back in March of 2024. Natalia Tinajero was another key player, getting two hits.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: La Sierra kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 19 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Rubidoux only managed ten hits.

La Sierra's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Rubidoux, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-12.

La Sierra didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 22-5 win against Norte Vista on the 29th. As for Rubidoux, they have also already played their next match, a 24-0 loss against Ramona on the 29th.
