Soccer Game Preview: Valley vs. Lee-Scott Academy

The Valley Rams will square off against the Lee-Scott Academy Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Last Thursday, Valley came up short against Beauregard and fell 3-1. One reason for the loss might be Valley's aggressive play style: four Valley players were handed yellow cards.

Their goal came courtesy of Jose Diaz, who's now up to eight this season.

Meanwhile, Lee-Scott Academy entered their contest against Houston Academy on Saturday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Warriors lost 4-1 to the Raiders.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Lee-Scott Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-2-1.
