Soccer Recap: American Christian Academy Wins Going Away Against Tarrant

American Christian Academy kept a clean sheet against Tarrant on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over the Tarrant Wildcats. While the Patriots didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-10), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

They hit Tarrant with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Oliver Sullivan (2), William Thrasher, and Cole Byers.

The victory made it two in a row for American Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 14 goals over those two matches. As for Tarrant, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Coming up, American Christian Academy will challenge James Clemens at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. James Clemens' last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Tarrant, they will head out to face off against McAdory at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McAdory will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Tarrant surely won't give up without a fight.
