Baseball Recap: Sheridan Hills Christian Takes a Loss

Sheridan Hills Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Berean Christian Bulldogs, falling 14-3. The Sharks were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Noah Johns was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Sheridan Hills Christian's record is now 4-8. As for Berean Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Sheridan Hills Christian will square off against Highlands Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Berean Christian, they will take on Sports Leadership & Management at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
