Volleyball Recap: Lagrange's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

If LaGrange was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Opelousas on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Gators took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carencro Bears on Tuesday. The Gators were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, LaGrange fell to 5-1. As for Carencro, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

LaGrange has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Washington-Marion on the 24th. As for Carencro, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Westgate on the 24th.
