Seneca Valley has gone 9-1 against North Hills recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Raiders will look to defend their home pitch against the Indians at 7:45 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Seneca Valley is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Pennsylvania's top teams: North Allegheny, who was ranked 23rd at the time (Seneca Valley was ranked third). The Raiders' defense stepped up to hand the Tigers a 1-0 shutout on Tuesday. The game was the first time Seneca Valley have beaten North Allegheny on their pitch since October 17, 2022.

Meanwhile, North Hills came into Tuesday's match having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They and Pine-Richland finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for North Hills as the squad haven't won a game since September 11th.

Seneca Valley's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. With that draw, North Hills' record moves to 7-6-2.
