Pascagoula came tearing into Friday's game with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 66-43 margin over the Moss Point Tigers. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Charles Turner, who posted seven points. That's the most points Turner has posted since back in December of 2024. Jujuan Nettles was another key player, putting up nine points and six boards.

Pascagoula pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.8 points per game. As for Moss Point, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-19.

Pascagoula wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 66-51 victory against West Harrison on the 1st. As for Moss Point, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 71-39 win against Poplarville on the 3rd.
