It's playoff time, and Marion had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Sylvan Hills Bears on Monday. The win was familiar territory for the Patriots, who have now won 16 contests in a row.

KENDALL BROWN paced Marion's offense, picking up ten kills. BROWN got some help from TAYLOR CHAMNESS and her 14 assists. BROWN was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Marion's victory bumped their record up to 25-2. As for Sylvan Hills, they moved to 11-12-3 with that defeat, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Marion didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Siloam Springs on the 28th. Sylvan Hills does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
