It was a good run, but Landstown unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were dealt a 70-26 loss at the hands of the Salem Sundevils. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 211th, while the Sundevils are ranked 56th).

Landstown's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Salem, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Landstown will welcome Princess Anne at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Salem, they will take on Bayside at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
