Baseball Recap: Clarkton Comes Up Short

Clarkton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Senath-Hornersville Lions, falling 11-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Reindeer of the 10-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Clarkton's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Senath-Hornersville, they moved to 2-6 with that victory, which also ended their six-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Clarkton will head out to take on Puxico at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Senath-Hornersville, they will face off against Gideon at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
