Volleyball Game Preview: Marshall Barristers vs. Sherman Oaks CES Knights

The Marshall Barristers will face off against the Sherman Oaks CES Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Marshall is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Sylmar.

Meanwhile, Sherman Oaks CES was able to grind out a solid win over Reseda on Monday, taking the game 3-1. The victory continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Regents: they've now won five in a row.

Marshall's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Sherman Oaks CES, their victory bumped their record up to 19-4.

Marshall beat Sherman Oaks CES 2-0 in their previous matchup back in September of 2018. Will the Barristers repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
