Baseball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 18-5 to the Antelope Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-3 last Monday.

Diego Avalos-Daniels made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Antelope, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Kennedy Cougars face off against West Park Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. West Park will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Kennedy surely won't give up without a fight. As for Antelope, they will welcome Cordova at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
