Softball Recap: Bell Takes a Loss

Bell lost against Gainesville back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bell Bulldogs fell 8-4 to the Gainesville Hurricanes. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bell now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Gainesville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season.

Bell will challenge Lafayette at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gainesville, they will face off against Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Forest is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.
