Basketball Game Preview: Eagle Valley Devils vs. Montrose Red Hawks + How To Watch

Eagle Valley is 0-7 against Montrose since December of 2016 but things could change on Saturday. The Devils just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Red Hawks at 1:00 p.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Eagle Valley not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since January 30th (when they won 55-26). Everything went their way against Weld Central as they made off with a 44-22 victory.

Meanwhile, Montrose humbled Coal Ridge with a 58-29 victory. The win continues a trend for the Red Hawks in their matchups with the Titans: they've now won four in a row.

The victory got Eagle Valley back to even at 1-1. As for Montrose, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Eagle Valley couldn't quite get it done against Montrose when the teams last played back in December of 2024 as they fell 32-25. Can the Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
