Kieran Lodewick posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. He struck out nine batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Cardinal O'Hara back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Lodewick and St. Joseph's Prep will venture away from home to face off against Conwell-Egan Catholic at 2:45 p.m. on Thursday. The Hawks are 6-1 against the Eagles going back to April of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
