Volleyball Recap: North Raleigh Christian Academy Takes a Loss

North Raleigh Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the New Life Camp Storm. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Knights of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Their offense was headlined by Lilly Flythe and Jenna Stefansky, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Brook Watkins and her ten assists.

Leading New Life Camp to victory were Sadie DeCasas and Sophia Budrick. DeCasas had 22 assists and six digs, while Budrick had four digs and three aces. DeCasas is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 18 every time she's taken the court this season.

North Raleigh Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for New Life Camp, their record now sits at 4-1.

North Raleigh Christian Academy has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Asheville on the 16th. As for New Life Camp, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Wando on the 16th.
