Basketball Recap: Hinsdale Adventist Academy Takes a Loss

Hinsdale Adventist Academy's last matchup with Universal could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's matchup on Monday. The Hurricanes were beaten by the Stars 84-37. The Hurricanes were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 43-21.

Leading Universal to victory were AbuBakr Hasan and Zedan Said. Hasan shot 54% from the field en route to 19 points along with eight boards and five steals, while Said went 8-for-16 to rack up 18 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Kais Yousif, who posted ten points and five rebounds.

Hinsdale Adventist Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Universal, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
