Softball Recap: Allendale Takes a Loss

Allendale lost against Greenville on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Falcons might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-5 to the Yellow Jackets, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kenedie Curtis made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Bailey Scholma was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Allendale's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Greenville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-7.

Looking ahead, Allendale will challenge Lowell at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenville, they will face off against Holton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
