Volleyball Recap: Carl Hayden Community Takes a Loss

After flying high against Central on Thursday, Carl Hayden Community came back down to earth. The Falcons lost 3-0 to the Alhambra Lions on Monday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Carl Hayden Community's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Alhambra, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

While Carl Hayden Community had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
