Football Game Recap: Hoopeston/Armstrong/Schlarman vs. Salt Fork

Salt Fork won the last time they met up with Hoopeston/Armstrong/Schlarman, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. Everything came up roses for Salt Fork against Hoopeston/Armstrong/Schlarman on Friday as the team secured a 35-0 victory. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Salt Fork had established a 21-0 advantage.

Hoopeston/Armstrong/Schlarman's defeat came about despite a quality game from senior Jordan Mance, who. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse senior Charles Landers, who racked up nine tackles.

Salt Fork will be playing at home against Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin at at 7:00 PM next week. Salt Fork will be strutting in after a win while Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin will be stumbling in from a loss. As for Hoopeston/Armstrong/Schlarman, they will face off against Dwight/Gardner-South Wilmington.
