Basketball Game Preview: Crespi Celts vs. Bishop Alemany Warriors

The Crespi Celts will face off against the Bishop Alemany Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.

Last Saturday, Crespi strolled past Bishop Alemany with points to spare, taking the game 53-38. Given the Celts' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Warriors are ranked 68th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Peyton White continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 9 for 15 en route to 24 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. His afternoon made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Jayden Xu was another key player, putting up eight points.

Crespi has been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.9 points per game. As for Bishop Alemany, they pushed their record up to 21-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
