Volleyball Recap: Shepherd Pirates vs. Hardin-Jefferson Hawks
Shepherd was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Hardin-Jefferson Hawks. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pirates of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture on October 4th.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-12, 25-10.
Shepherd's loss dropped their record down to 7-22. As for Hardin-Jefferson, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-24.
Shepherd does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hardin-Jefferson, it'll be Battle of the Birds when Hawks takes on Woodville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
