Recap: Hernando Leopards vs. Central Bears
In what's become a running theme this season, the Hernando Leopards gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past Central 46-8 at home. The team accrued 36 points in the first half and coasted on those for the victory.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hernando to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kayla Holloman, who scored 13 points. Aislin Ruppe was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Hernando's win bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Central, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Weeki Wachee the next time they take the court. Central will head out to face Weeki Wachee at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, while Hernando will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
