Basketball Recap: Franklin County Has No Trouble Against Pendleton

There's no place like home for Franklin County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. Everything went their way against the Pendleton Bulldogs on Tuesday as the Franklin County Lions made off with a 58-33 victory. The matchup marked the Lions' most dominant win of the season so far.

The victory got Franklin County back to even at 5-5. As for Pendleton, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Franklin County will venture away from home to challenge Tallulah Falls at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Franklin County is facing Tallulah Falls at the right time seeing as Tallulah Falls is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Pendleton, they will head out to face off against Madison County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
