Basketball Game Preview: Wardlaw Academy Patriots vs. Providence Athletic Club Panthers

The Wardlaw Academy Patriots just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Providence Athletic Club Panthers at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Wardlaw Academy is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Curtis Baptist just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 36-24 to the Crusaders.

Meanwhile, Providence Athletic Club was not able to break out of their rough patch last Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 41-37 heartbreaker at the hands of Wardlaw Academy.

Wardlaw Academy now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Providence Athletic Club, their loss dropped their record down to 6-9.

Wardlaw Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Providence Athletic Club when the teams last played last Monday, but they still walked away with a 41-37 victory.
