Old Lyme's game on Tuesday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Ledyard Colonels, falling 6-1. Old Lyme haven't had much luck with Ledyard recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Old Lyme's loss dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Ledyard, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 11-2-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Old Lyme will face off against Montville at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ledyard, they will challenge East Lyme at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. East Lyme's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Ledyard's offense will have their work cut out for them.
