East Jordan extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Inland Lakes. They came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 5-2. Winning may never get old, but the Red Devils sure are getting used to it with their 14th in a row.

Korbyn Russell made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in 14 consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on William Webb, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last six games he's played.

East Jordan's victory bumped their record up to 27-7. As for Inland Lakes, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6-1.

As of now, neither East Jordan nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
