Grovetown waltzed into their game on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against Tattnall County by a score of 2-0.

Addyson Richards paced Grovetown's offense, picking up six kills. Richards got some help from Madison Peters and her 12 assists. Adelena Marquez controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Grovetown's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Tattnall County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Grovetown will square off against Alleluia Community at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tattnall County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Statesboro on the 28th.
