Volleyball Recap: Shiloh Kuhn Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Heartland Christian

Logan/Palco won the last time they faced Heartland Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. Logan/Palco walked away with a 2-0 victory over Heartland Christian. The win made it back-to-back victories for Logan/Palco.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Logan/Palco took both sets by at least 19 points. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-6.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Logan/Palco to victory, but perhaps none more so than Shiloh Kuhn, who had five aces. Another player making a difference was Breyer Delimont, who had three digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Logan/Palco was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 18 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive matches.

Logan/Palco's win bumped their record up to 9-18. As for Heartland Christian, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Logan/Palco will head out to take on Northern Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Heartland Christian, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Western Plains on the 7th.
