Basketball Game Preview: Mulberry Yellowjackets vs. St. Paul Saints

Mulberry is on a three-game streak of home losses, St. Paul a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Friday. The Mulberry Yellowjackets will host the St. Paul Saints at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Tuesday, Mulberry was beaten by County Line 57-26.

Meanwhile, St. Paul ended up a good deal behind Magazine on Tuesday and lost 50-36.

Mulberry's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for St. Paul, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10.

Mulberry was able to grind out a solid win over St. Paul in their previous meeting back in November of 2023, winning 39-29. Will Mulberry repeat their success, or does St. Paul have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
