Basketball Game Preview: Corvallis Blue Devils vs. Frenchtown Broncs

Corvallis is 2-8 against Frenchtown since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Corvallis Blue Devils will be playing at home against the Frenchtown Broncs at 5:45 p.m.

Last Saturday, Corvallis took a blow against Beaverhead County, falling 65-22. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 106th, while the Beavers are ranked seventh).

Meanwhile, Frenchtown blew past Stevensville, posting a 61-19 victory. The Broncs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 24 points or more this season.

Frenchtown pushed their record up to 12-4 with the win, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.1 points over those games. As for Corvallis, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.
