Baseball Recap: Gresham Takes a Loss

After flying high against David Douglas on Friday, Gresham came back down to earth. The Gophers fell just short of the Reynolds Raiders by a score of 4-3 on Saturday. The Gophers haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Gresham's defeat dropped their record down to 3-21. As for Reynolds, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-14.

Coincidentally, Gresham and Reynolds will both be playing David Douglas the next time they take the field. The Raiders will host the Scots at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Gophers will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
