Baseball Recap: South Granville Takes a Loss

The South Granville Vikings lost 11-1 to the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves on Friday.

South Granville saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cooper Wilkins, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

South Granville's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Cedar Ridge, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, South Granville will be playing at home against Falls Lake at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cedar Ridge, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Wake Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
