            Volleyball Recap: Lyman Greyhounds vs. East River Falcons        
        
		
        
        
            
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lyman can now relate to. They fell just short of the East River Falcons by a score of  3-2 on Monday. The Greyhounds were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won  3-2.
 While Lyman ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least nine points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-18, 25-21, 22-25,  15-9.
 Kamila Trinidad paced Lyman's offense, picking up 13 kills. Trinidad got some help from  Julia Stephenson and her 21 assists.  Abigail Armstrong controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.
  Julia Adkins went supernova For East River.,  getting 25  digs and four  aces. Adkins has been hot, having  posted 12 or more  digs the last six times she's  played.
Lyman dropped their record down to 11-15 with the  loss, which was their fifth straight  on the road. As for East River, they now  have a winning record of 13-12.
 Lyman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East River, they have already played their next matchup,  a  3-0  defeat against Oviedo on the 14th.
