Soccer Recap: Glasgow Takes a Loss

If Glasgow was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Allen County-Scottsville on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Scotties lost 7-0 to the Greenwood Gators on Saturday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Glasgow of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Glasgow now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Greenwood, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Glasgow will host Foundation Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenwood, they will welcome Ohio County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
