Aztec won the last time they faced Bloomfield and Jazzlyn Gomez did her part to make sure it happened again. The Tigers walked away with a 28-17 win over the Bobcats on Tuesday with plenty of help from Gomez, who almost dropped a triple-double with nine points, 14 rebounds, and 11 steals. Gomez is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Aztec and bumps their season record up to 14-9. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 39 points in those games. As for Bloomfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.
