Football Recap: Normandy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Normandy fell victim to Bay and their airtight defense on Friday. They lost 26-0 to the Rockets. While losing is never fun, the Invaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 459th, while the Rockets are ranked 228th).

Rocco Ereditario produced another solid effort rushing for 105 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries for Bay. Ereditario also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing one fumble and making seven total tackles.

This is the second loss in a row for Normandy and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Bay, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Normandy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 47-13 defeat against North Olmsted on the 19th. As for Bay, they have also already played their next game, a 34-28 loss against Buckeye on the 19th.
