Dexter's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Advance Hornets, sneaking past 4-3. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bearcats also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Dexter has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Advance, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season.

Dexter will challenge Notre Dame at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bearcats are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Advance, they will face off against Bloomfield at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
