Football Recap: Livingston Collegiate Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Livingston Collegiate Academy lost against Slidell back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wolves received a blow as they fell 42-27 to the Tigers.

Leading Slidell to victory were Jakwan Jones and Wilbert Ricky Williams. Jones gained 233 total yards and two touchdowns, while Ricky Williams threw for 196 yards and two TDs. A healthy portion of that aerial production (92 yards to be exact) went to Jeremiah Birdlow, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Livingston Collegiate Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Slidell, their record now sits at 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Livingston Collegiate Academy will head out to take on Young Audiences Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Slidell, they will square off against Warren Easton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
